1) Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel.
2) Completely filled and signed a new visa application form 14A attached in attachment.
3) Entry Approval letter from the ICA Singapore.  (Below 18th year or after 12 years)
4) 2 latest passport size white background photographs with 80% close up face 35*45mm on the matte paper and completely visible ears and forehead.
5) if client is doing a business then give Covering letter on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel with the accompanying applicants passport details
If the client is doing a job, then we need covering letters on plain paper by the client, NOC letter from the company, 6 months’ salary slips and a company ID card copy. 
6) Personal or Company Bank Statement with healthy balance - 6 months, latest with Bank seal & signatures (photocopy shall also be accepted).
Return Ticket itinerary / travelling dates to mention in the form.
 7) Client Personal contact number.
 8) Annual Income details in SGD.
